Color coating production line
The production capacity of color-coated plate production line is 240,000 tons. The production line can produce high-end building plates, automobile plates, home appliance plates, solar panels, thick coating corrosion-resistant color plates, textured plates, velvet panels, color plates for doors and windows, etc. All products have the function of cold-coating protective film. Coating types: polyester, polyurethane, epoxy, PVC, fluorocarbon and other coatings. High weather-resistant color-coated plates with a service life of more than 10 years can be provided according to customer requirements.
Galvanizing production line
The production capacity of the galvanizing production line is 320,000 tons. The production line adopts the advanced American Steel Union production process. The main product specifications are (0.15-1.2) mm × (800-1250) mm. The production line is equipped with fully radiant tube heated horizontal continuous annealing furnace, jet-type industrial frequency induction heating ceramic zinc pot, four-cavity air intake air knife, skin pass machine, straightening machine and other advanced domestic and foreign equipment.
It can provide: high-performance, thick zinc layer, zero zinc flower galvanized sheet, and equipped with electrostatic oiling, roughening roller skin pass and other advanced processes. It is the first choice for high-end building materials and home appliance substrates.
Cold rolling production line
The production capacity of 1250mm and 1450mm single-frame production lines is 200,000 tons and 250,000 tons respectively. It is equipped with imported laser velocimeter, X-ray thickness gauge, plate type meter and other advanced detection systems. The rolling mill has high rigidity and can produce ordinary carbon, high carbon, alloy steel, etc. The product specifications are (0.15-1.5) mm × (800-1250) mm.
The cold-rolled plate production line has the following characteristics:

Pickling coil production line
The pickling production line has a production capacity of 450,000 tons, and the product specifications are (1.8-4.0) mm×(800-1250) mm. The production line adopts the internationally advanced push-pull shallow trough turbulent pickling process, equipped with a five-roll straightening machine, fully automatic centering shearing, temperature, hydrochloric acid and concentrated acid automatic control system, and the product surface is clean and bright. It can be used as cold-rolled base plates and commercial plates.
The pickling unit has the advantages of simple equipment, light weight, low energy consumption, small footprint, easy operation, flexible production, and investment savings. The shallow trough turbulent pickling process can significantly shorten the pickling time and improve the surface quality of the plate.
