The company invited Professor Li Jiuling, the founder and chief expert of China's hot-dip galvanizing industry, to provide technical training and guidance

In order to further improve product quality and the level of galvanizing process operation technology, on August 9, the company invited Professor Li Jiuling, the founder and chief expert of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of strip steel in China, to come to the company for on-site guidance.


Mr. Li Jiuling is the founder and chief expert of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of strip steel in China, a senior member of the Hot Dip Galvanizing Professional Committee of the China Corrosion and Protection Society, and a professor of Wuhan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant. He has studied and visited developed countries in Europe and the United States many times, and has been to many countries in Southeast Asia several times to engage in the export of continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology for strip steel. He wrote the earliest publicly released book in China that introduces the production technology of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of strip steel, "Continuous Hot-dip Galvanizing of Strip Steel", which won the gold medal at the Second Paris International Book Fair.


Professor Li conducted on-site inspections of the company's hardware facilities, work sites, use of raw and auxiliary materials, and the status of work-in-progress. Based on the inspection results, he held a problem analysis guidance and technical training meeting for more than 30 management cadres and key technical position employees.


In view of the current development trend of wide strip steel, Professor Li pointed out that in order to develop, we must implement refined management, start from the details, analyze the root causes of problems in the work, control the quality of each process, and make profits from cost reduction and quality improvement. He gave a detailed explanation of the inspection of the quality of the original plate at the entrance of galvanizing, the requirements for welding, the hydrogen and nitrogen indicators in the furnace, the standards for judging the stable operation of the strip, the temperature and debugging of the zinc pot, the importance of the stability of the zinc liquid level, the adjustment of the gap and angle of the air knife, the thickness of the zinc layer and the control standards of the aluminum content in the zinc liquid and the aluminum content in the zinc ingot, and answered the questions that everyone had in their work one by one. Through Professor Li's guidance in the factory, he shared valuable technical experience and enhanced everyone's comprehensive understanding of galvanizing technology. In the future, the company will rectify the shortcomings of the work one by one, continuously increase the domestic market share, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
