The company has complete hardware facilities, well-selected equipment, advanced technology, and complete testing methods. It is currently a relatively advanced production line in China. The company's product manufacturing process chain is complete, relying on high-quality cold coil SPCC to produce high-precision high-quality galvanized sheets and color-coated sheet products. Annual production capacity: 450,000 tons of push-pull pickled coils, 450,000 tons of single-machine reversible cold hard coils , 320,000 tons of Midland hot-dip galvanized coils, and 240,000 tons of color-coated sheets.

Galvanized coil, immerses the thin steel plate in a molten zinc bath to make a layer of zinc adhere to the surface of the steel plate.
Galvanized steel sheet is to protect the steel sheet surface from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metallic zinc is coated on the steel sheet surface. This zinc-coated steel sheet is called galvanized sheet.
It uses hot-dip galvanized sheet or zinc-iron alloy hot-dip galvanized sheet as the base plate. After surface pretreatment, one or more layers of liquid paint are applied by roller coating, and then baked and cooled.
Cold rolled sheet is a product made from hot rolled coil and rolled below the recrystallization temperature at room temperature.
The steel strip is directly rolled into a certain thickness by rollers at room temperature and then rolled into a whole roll by a coiler.
Steel balls are often used to manufacture high-precision bearings, gears, universal joints, automobile engines and other high-quality parts.
